Quality Certifications

The production process is monitored and controlled through the Quality System ISO9001: 2008. Agencavi Systems constantly invests every year economic resources to continuously improve the production process and to ensure its customers that the products manufactured conform to the strictest quality standards.

 

Folds of contacts are made with automatic crimpers with integrated quality control; crimp heights are detected and pull out and metallographic tests are done. These are just some of the controls which are performed daily in our production line. Also we perform tests on complete products such as the wiring circuit control, the dielectric strength and insulation.

 

Goal of all these controls is to give the customer the assurance that the wiring purchased is ready to be mounted directly on the machine without need of any additional control.Our test system offers the guarantee that the products manufactured by us are 100% tested.

 

We also provide the customer the possibility to trace the manufacturing process and product quality through a test certificate that is placed directly on wiring

Agencavi Systems participates in trade shows and promotes events worldwide related to cable wiring with the goal of providing their actual customers, and potential ones, the opportunity to evaluate what is offered and the quality of their work.
